unboxbasics.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Shipping Fees: 

UAE: 20 AED

Rest of the world: 100 AED

Delivery timeframe: 

Middle East: 2-3 working days 

Rest of the world: 7-10 working days 
 

Exchanges are ONLY accepted provided it meets the following guidelines:

• Factory or manufacturer’s defect / wrong item delivered.
• Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging.
• If you meet the above requirements, you can exchange a product for up to 3 days from the date you purchased it.
• We do not offer a cash refunds. The policy is only for “Store Credit Refund” Only.
