These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of www.unboxbasics.com (the “Site”) operated by UNBOX Fashion LLC (“UNBOX”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. NO REFUND POLICY (UAE ORDERS)

UNBOX operates a No Cash Refund Policy.

Refunds to the original payment method are not provided except where required under applicable UAE consumer protection laws.

Where eligible, returns are processed as Store Credit only, subject to inspection and approval.

Nothing in this policy limits statutory consumer rights under UAE law.

2. EXCHANGE POLICY (UAE ONLY)

Exchange requests must be submitted within 3 calendar days from delivery and are permitted only in the following cases:

  • Incorrect item delivered; or
  • Verified manufacturing defect.

Eligibility conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, unaltered
  • No makeup marks, perfume odors, deodorant stains, stretching, or damage
  • All original tags, packaging, hygiene seals, and accessories intact
  • Returned in original condition

Items showing signs of wear or use will be rejected and returned to the customer.

3. STORE CREDIT

If an exchange cannot be fulfilled due to stock availability, UNBOX may issue Store Credit.

  • Store Credit is non-transferable
  • Not redeemable for cash
  • Issued only after inspection approval

4. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

All international orders are final sale.

No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted for orders shipped outside the UAE.

Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and import charges in the destination country.

5. INSPECTION & FRAUD PREVENTION

To protect all customers and prevent abuse:

  • All returns are inspected upon receipt.
  • UNBOX may request photo or video evidence before approving exchanges.
  • Claims inconsistent with delivery records or product condition may be declined.
  • Repeated excessive return requests may result in account review or suspension.

We reserve the right to refuse service where fraudulent or abusive behavior is suspected.

6. PROHIBITED CONDUCT

You agree not to:

  • Wear, alter, damage, or misuse products and attempt to return them.
  • Submit false defect claims.
  • Abuse, threaten, or harass UNBOX staff.
  • Publish false, defamatory, or misleading statements about UNBOX.
  • Attempt chargeback fraud after receiving goods.
  • Use automated systems (bots, scripts, scraping tools).
  • Impersonate another person or use false information.
  • Engage in suspicious, unlawful, or fraudulent activity.

UNBOX reserves the right to:

  • Refuse future orders
  • Suspend accounts
  • Take legal action where applicable under UAE law

7. DEFAMATION & ONLINE MISCONDUCT

You agree not to publish false, misleading, or malicious statements regarding UNBOX, its products, or its representatives.

UNBOX reserves the right to pursue remedies available under UAE law in cases of defamation, reputational harm, or unlawful digital conduct.

Nothing in this section restricts lawful consumer reviews made in good faith.

8. ORDER ACCEPTANCE & CANCELLATION

UNBOX reserves the right to cancel orders due to:

  • Payment authorization failure
  • Pricing or system errors
  • Suspected fraud
  • Stock unavailability

If an order is cancelled before shipment, payment will be refunded.

9. PRICING & ERRORS

We reserve the right to correct typographical errors, pricing mistakes, or inaccurate product descriptions.

If a pricing error affects your order, you will be notified before processing.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Site including logos, designs, images, text, product names, and branding is the property of UNBOX Fashion LLC.

Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.

11. USER ACCOUNTS

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

UNBOX may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in abusive, unlawful, or suspicious activity.

12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted under UAE law:

UNBOX shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site or products.

Nothing excludes liability where such exclusion is not permitted under UAE law.

13. FORCE MAJEURE

UNBOX shall not be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government restrictions
  • Supply chain disruption
  • War, civil unrest, or public emergencies

14. PRIVACY & DATA

Your personal data is handled in accordance with applicable UAE data protection laws.

By using the Site, you consent to data processing necessary to complete transactions.

15. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UAE courts.

16. MODIFICATIONS

We may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the Site constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
